Richard has decades of experience working with database platforms as a developer, DBA, and consultant. He has worked in customer facing technical roles for several Software vendors including Quest Software, SentryOne, and RedGate. In these roles he has helped hundreds of customers to improve the performance and reliability of their SQL Server estates.
